After our first meeting with the insurance company

The adjuster will determine a fair market value to repair the damage to your home. This value must include the rising costs of labor, materials, and the transfer of materials that will be incurred. 

Review the Paperwork

After your insurance adjuster has inspected your property, you should receive paperwork outlining the damaged items. Once you receive this paperwork, you have to contact us, We will review the documents to insure that all items have been paid correctly. If so, we will schedule a time to meet with you to begin your material selection.

Payment and Recoverable Depreciation

 Once we schedule the installation, your ACV amount is due. We will send a final invoice to your insurance company to release your recoverable depreciation and any supplemental amounts (if applicable) to you.
